BirdEye makes it easier for patients to review Healthpointe after their visit by simply submitting feedback through a web-based application. BirdEye also aggregates reviews from other major review sites, and distributes them to the management team at Healthpointe. This provides Healthpointe with another opportunity to listen and respond to the needs of their patients.
